How do I use it after heating it?
Check temperature is comfortable before applying to the body. Never use in confined spaces that can trap heat, such as under blankets or in bedding. This can result in fire. Never warm your bed with The Weighted Wrap, we recommend a hot water bottle

What to do if it overheats?
Unplug the microwave. Leave the door shut, until you are completely sure that any flames have extinguished themselves. Remove the weighted wrap only once it has cooled to room temperature. Dispose if you notice any damage or overcooked odor.
